Room features

The Hawea Hotel offers a variety of rooms, including Standard Lake View Family Rooms, standard studio rooms, and accessible rooms. Each room features a private balcony with uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape, free WiFi, flat-screen TVs, electric blankets, hairdryers, and tea/coffee making facilities. The ensuite bathrooms may have a bath and shower or just a walk-in shower. The rooms can be configured with different bed arrangements, including super-king, twin, and additional roll-away beds for a maximum occupancy of six guests. Some rooms have yet to be refurbished, while others feature smart TVs and mezzanine levels.
